I wish I could skim a video the way I skim an article
Scrobbling isn't quite the same because you still need to sit there and listen for a bit to see if you've found the relevant bits but when you're skimming your sort of absorb a general view of what topics it has very quickly

Okay I'm backing to thinking about that dissertation. I haven't even opened it but I'm just thinking about how some of the dissertations I've seen are sort of, like, about a broad topic, relatively speaking, but goes in-depth into parts of it, if that makes sense, and I'm like... I wanna accomplish something like that too
