While acknowledging Japan is truly next-level, NYC public transit is great! I normally only use subways, and haven't used buses on the daily since childhood. But they're really great, too!
@Halle Yeah... I will say that I'd take a subway over a bus any day, so, I guess if there were more subway lines, I'd almost never take a bus.
@modocache -- Lots of folks act as though great cities have good public transit, but I've come to realize that it's good public transit that makes cities great.
